Following the enactment of Legislative Decree No. 231/20001, containing the "Discipline of the administrative responsibility of legal persons, companies and associations including those without legal personality, pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 300 of September 29, 2000, as amended and supplemented." Foppiani Shipping & Logistics Srl has adopted its own Organization, Management and Control Model, referred to as the Organizational Model

An Organization, Management and Control Model designed to ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of business, suitable for preventing the commission of crimes identified in the above Decree.

The Organizational Model is described in a specific document consisting of a General Part and Special Parts that describe its main contents.
The Code of Ethics that Foppiani Shipping & Logistics srl has adopted is part of the aforementioned Organizational Model.

The Organizational Model is binding and must be adhered to by all employees and collaborators of our Company, with whom we have shared this document and made available the relevant educational and training materials.

Supervisory Board

A control body, referred to as the "Supervisory Board" appointed to control the Organizational Model and its effective implementation and, among other things, to receive reports and information on any violations that may relate to company procedures and the prescriptions contained therein has been established within the Company.
In particular, reports and information to the above-mentioned Supervisory Board may or may be made in writing:
