CODE OF ETHICS OF CONDUCT AND COMPANY POLICY
It is Foppiani's belief that respect for legality and observance of values
shared values marked by fairness, safety and sustainability must
represent fundamental principles in its business conduct. To this end,
Foppiani has adopted its own Code of Ethics and Conduct, which expresses
the values and principles on the basis of which it carries out its business
activities.
The Code of Ethics and Conduct applies to the employees, the
Foppiani's collaborators and all those who in various capacities have an
ongoing relationship with Foppiani.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
With the "Supplier Code of Conduct," Foppiani is committed to carrying out a careful selection of its suppliers, taking into account parameters that are in keeping with its values and principles of conduct and its own indices of professionalism (including, quality, delivery time and mode, prices, reputation and financial soundness).
By its suppliers' acceptance of the "Suppliers' Code of Conduct," Foppiani requires anyone who provides it with goods, services, and assistance and consulting services to undertake to observe its values and principles of ethics and social responsibility in the management of its business activities.
It is the duty of Foppiani's suppliers to disseminate the values, principles and commitments contained in the Suppliers' Code of Conduct to their employees, collaborators and business partners, as well as to monitor compliance with it, both internally and within the supply chain, promptly informing Foppiani of any relevant issues that are incompatible with or in violation of its principles and rules of conduct.
