HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY AND WORKING CONDITIONS
We believe it is fundamental to respect and promote civil and political rights and the economic, social and cultural rights of the person, as well as rights at work. We firmly believe in people and support them in their professional growth. For this purpose, Foppiani - in implementation of principles contained in its "Code of Ethics and Conduct" - has adopted the "Human Rights and Working Conditions Policy" in which Foppiani's commitment to implement and guarantee adequate working conditions in line with the protections provided by the collective bargaining agreement for the category and by national laws and regulations, as well as to determine contractually fair and respectful conditions for its employees and collaborators finds expression.
The Human Rights and Working Conditions Policy applies to Foppiani's employees and collaborators and to all those who, for various reasons, have an ongoing relationship with Foppiani. We recognize as a priority the protection of health safety in the workplace and promote the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of its employees and collaborators within the work environment.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
For this purpose, Foppiani - in implementation of principles contained in its "Code of Ethics and Conduct" - has adopted the "Health and Safety Policy" which represents Foppiani's commitment to reduce the risks related to the work activities of its employees and collaborators and to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 81 of April 9, 2008, as amended and supplemented, special laws and best practices on the subject.
The Health and Safety Policy applies to Foppiani's employees and collaborators and to all those who relate to the Company by accessing its sites and workplaces.
POLICY INVOLVEMENT AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Foppiani recognizes the importance of playing an active role within the community in which it operates, supporting its development and growth, while respecting the customs of local traditions. To this end, Foppiani -in implementation of principles contained in its "Code of Ethics and Conduct"- has adopted the "Community Involvement and Development Policy," through which Foppiani is committed to supporting and building a relationship of involvement, synergy and dialogue with the community in which Foppiani operates, and to contributing to its development and to improving the quality of life of the people in it.
The Community Involvement and Development Policy applies to Foppiani's employees and collaborators and to all those who in various capacities have an ongoing relationship with Foppiani.
